Platform information
The EUTERP initiative was sponsored by the European Commission, Directorate-Geleral Energy and Transport, Unit H4 Radiation Protection. The contract period was 1 April 2006 - 31 March 2009. It was coordinated by NRG, the Netherlands (www.nrg.eu)
After this the platform has become self sustainable with the organisation of the third EUTERP workshop in Antalya. Until 30 June 2010, an interim steering committee will make the transformation of the EUTERP project into an EUTERP foundation. Therefore a concept workplan is written which can be found below as work programm 2009.doc

Planning and Communication Plan
A Planning and Communication plan was written, as a time schedule.
We ask for your input in order to come to a more detailed version. Input can be sent to info@euterp.eu before 11 November or can be given at the discussion meeting at the ETRAP conference at 11 November 2009. Thanking you in advance
Some key questions to be answered are:
- Are this the milestones - mentioned in the schedule - we should address?
- Which topics need special attention when improving the website?
- What about timing and frequency of meetings (physical of via webcam) if necessary?
- How do we address the NCPs to start a successful campaign for financial support? What steps should be taken?
- Are there special arrangements to be taken into account in the statutes or reglement of the legal entity?
- Who can be a member of the EUTERP platform? What is the financial distribution formula?
- How do we address the NCPs to start a successful survey for a new Coordinator? What steps should be taken?

December 31, 2009: Finalize new concept of the EUTERP website
January 31, 2010: Finalize the Work Programme 2009/2010 and 2010/2011
April 30, 2010: Finalize the survey for the EUTERP Coordinator 2010/2011
February - June 30, 2010: Campaign for financial support in 2010
June 14-18, 2010: Third European IRPA conference in Helsinki, Finland
Foundation meeting of the self sustainable EUTERP platform
Install the new Coordinator at the foundation meeting
June 30, 2010: Finalize the transition of EUTERP into a legal entity

Another (concept) document is written asa basis for the self-sustainable Platform and can be used for requests for financial support.
