"Harmonizing Europe's Radiation Protection Education & Training"
The Foundation is an independent legal entity set up to provide a centralized European source of information on radiation protection education and training matters. Main objectives of the Foundation are
• to encourage and support harmonization of education and training requirements for radiation protection experts, radiation workers and other radiation protection professionals;
• to better integrate radiation protection education and training systems into general vocational training and education infrastructures; and
• to act as a focus for the sharing of information on training events, standards, developments etc.
The main outputs of the EUTERP Foundation will consist of the exchange of information through this website, publication of regular Newsletters and organization of workshops. Links will be provided to other networks covering many radiation protection areas.

The associates’ section
In the associates’ section, associates to the EUTERP Foundation can read, download, share information and discus about European training activities. This includes national regulatory requirements for eduction and training and details of national certification schemes for radiation protection experts.
