The EUTERP Foundation is pleased to announce its next workshop, continuing our tradition of fostering dialogue and collaboration on key themes in radiation protection education and training. This event will bring together experts, educators, regulators, and stakeholders to explore competence-based approaches in radiation protection.
Proposed topics include:

• Designing competences in radiation protection, including soft skills, AI literacy, and sustainability.
• Evaluation of competences: methods, tools, and best practices.
• Qualification pathways for Radiation Protection Experts (RPE) and Radiation Protection Officers (RPO), including validation, accreditation, certification, and micro-credentials.
• European competence frameworks: comparisons, references, and country-specific developments.

Join us to share insights, exchange experiences, and shape the future of competence development in radiation protection across Europe.
